摘要
目的研究品管圈护理模式对心血管内科护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法选取我院2016年8月至2017年8月收治的心血管内科患者100例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行品管圈护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理风险事件总发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论品管圈护理模式可显著提高心血管内科的护理质量和患者满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of quality control circle nursing mode on nursing quality and patients'satisfaction in cardiovascular medicine.Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with cardiovascular medicine admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine nursing,and the observation group performed quality control circle nursing mode on the basis of the control group,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle nursing mode can significantly improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction of cardiovascular medicine,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
