摘要
目的探讨护理人员应用动静脉置管拔管规范化止血方案的效果。方法选取2017年1月～2018年1月江西省鹰潭市人民医院收治的260例需要使用动脉置管与深静脉置管患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各130例。对照组拔管后采用常规止血方法,研究组在此基础上采取改善规范后的止血方法,比较两组患者的护理总满意度和拔管后并发症总发生率。结果研究组患者的护理总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者拔管后的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改善规范后的止血方法能降低患者拔管后发生皮下血肿、出血等并发症的概率,减少患者的痛苦,提高患者的护理满意度,同时能够减少医疗器材的消耗,节约资源。
Objective To explore the effect of standardized hemostasis scheme of arteriovenous catheterization and extubation in nurses.Methods A total of 260 patients who needed arterial catheterization and deep venous catheterization in Yingtan of Jiangxi Province from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into control group and research group according to random number table method,with 130 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine hemostasis after extubation,and the research group was treated with improved hemostasis after extubation,the total satisfaction of nursing and the total incidence of complications after extubation were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications after extubation in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved standard hemostasis method can reduce the probability of complications such as subcutaneous hematoma and hemorrhage after extubation,reduce patients′pain,improve patients′nursing satisfaction,and reduce the consumption of medical equipment and save resources.
