摘要
本文回顾和讨论1例外伤患者多重耐药菌感染的治疗过程。通过回顾文献,多学科会诊,寻找实验室证据,提出可行性建议,并协助制定药物治疗方案。入院后依据患者临床微生物检测的结果,结合药物敏感试验,院内相关专业人员对该患者用药选择进行讨论,最终患者的症状改善,感染情况得到控制。临床药师在诊疗活动中及时发现耐药菌株,制定个体化药物治疗方案,保障患者用药安全性、有效性和经济性。
The article reviewed and discussed the treatment of multi-drug resistant infection in a patient with trauma.By reviewing the literature,multidisciplinary consultations,and looking for laboratory evidence,it suggests feasibility suggestions and assisted on the formulation of medication regimen.After admission,on the basis of clinical microbiological tests combined with the drug sensitivity test,and medication discussion from multidisciplinary professionals in the hospital,symptoms were improved and infections were controlled.Clinical pharmacists found the drug-resistant strains in time in the diagnosis and treatment process,and formulated individualized medication regimen,which ensures the drug safety,effectiveness and economy in patients.
