藻酸盐敷料联合氦氖激光治疗切口脂肪液化的临床效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨藻酸盐敷料联合氦氖激光照射治疗切口脂肪液化的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月~2018年4月我院收治的40例手术后腹部切口发生脂肪液化患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各20例。实验组采用藻酸盐敷料换药联合氦氖激光照射治疗,对照组采用传统干性敷料换药法联合氦氖激光照射治疗。对比分析两组的切口愈合时间。结果所有发生脂肪液化的切口均完全愈合。其中实验组切口愈合时间为(8.23±1.05)d,短于对照组的(11.92±1.24)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论藻酸盐敷料联合氦氖激光照射治疗腹部切口脂肪液化的方法,能够加快脂肪液化切口的愈合,缩短伤口治疗的时间,具有临床推广价值。 Objective To investigate the efect of Alginate dressing combined with He-Ne laser in the treatment of incision fat liquefaction.Methods A total of 40 patients with abdominal incision fat liquefaction from January 2015 to April 2018 in our hospital were selected as the subjects.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Alginate dressing combined with He-Ne laser irradiation,while the control group was treated with traditional dry dressing change combined with He-Ne laser irradiation.The healing time of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results All the incisions with fat liquefaction completely healed.The wound healing time of the experimental group was(8.23±1.05)d,which was shorter than that of the control group for(11.92±1.24)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Alginate dressing combined with He-Ne laser irradiation in the treatment of abdominal incision fat liquefaction can accelerate the healing of incision fat liquefaction,shorten the time of wound treatment,with clinical popularization value.
