摘要
目的探究胶体敷料对儿童直型留置针压疮的预防效果。方法选择2016年6月—2018年1月于笔者所在医院儿科行静脉留置针输液的患儿200例,随机分为对照组、研究组,各100例。两组均采用直型静脉留置针,对照组患儿将创可贴垫于肝素帽及针翼下,使用3M透明敷帖对针管及针柄进行固定,后以自黏弹性绷带固定;研究组则将裁剪好的康惠尔透明帖垫放于针柄下,后常规固定。对比两组压疮发生率、家属满意度及留置时间。结果研究组压疮发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿直型留置针留置时间较对照组长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意度评分(87.92±7.45)分,高于对照组的(72.61±11.20)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论水胶体敷料能够有效预防儿童直型留置针所致压疮的发生,可延长留置时间,家属满意度高兼具较高经济性。
Objective To analyze the preventive effect of hydrocolloid dressing on children's straight indwelling needle pressure sores. Methods A total of 200 children with venous indwelling needles in author's hospital from June 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled in this study,randomly divided into control group and study group. Straight venous indwelling needles were used in both groups. In control group,the wounds were placed under the heparin cap and the needles. The needles and needle handles were fixed with a 3M transparent applicator,and then fixed with a self-adhesive elastic bandage. In study group the cut Cornish transparent pad was placed under the needle handle and fixed regularly. The incidence of pressure sores,family satisfaction degree and retention time were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of pressure sores in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05). The retention time of straight indwelling needles in study group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction degree score(87.92±7.45) was significantly higher than that of control group(72.61±11.20)(P<0.05). Conclusion Hydrocolloid dressing can effectively prevent the occurrence of pressure sores caused by children's straight indwelling needles,prolong the retention time,and has high family members' satisfaction degree and high economical efficiency.
