摘要
研究了各种不同砷含量50CrVA弹簧扁钢原材料的冶金质量、机械性能,及其热处理后的扁钢机械性能,结果表明,当w(As)>0.045%时,扁钢冲击功和断面收缩率有所下降,对其他性能的影响则无明显变化规律。
The metallurgical quality,mechanical properties and mechanical properties after heat treatment of 50CrVA spring flat steel with different arsenic contents were studied.The results show that when w(As) >0.045%.The impact energy and section shrinkage of flat steel decrease,but the effect on other properties is not obvious.
