摘要
目的探讨中药局部封包联合早期护理干预对预防肌肉注射黄体酮致臀部硬结的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月～2018年6月我院需行肌肉注射黄体酮保胎治疗的患者120例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组行常规护理干预。观察组实施中药局部封包联合早期护理干预。比较两组臀部硬结发生率、疼痛评分、疼痛消退时间、硬结面积及患者满意度。结果观察组臀部硬结发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后疼痛评分(VAS)低于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05),硬结面积小于对照组(P<0.05),满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药局部封包联合早期护理干预能有效预防肌肉注射黄体酮致臀部硬结,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者治疗满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of local medicine combined with early nursing intervention on prevention of hip induration caused by intramuscular injection of progesterone.Methods 120 cases of patients who underwent intramuscular injection of progesterone for fetus were divided into observation group (n=60) and control group (n=60) according to the random number table from June 2017 to June 2018.The control group was received with routine nursing intervention and observation group was implemented with local chinese medicine package and early nursing intervention.The incidence of hip induration,pain score,pain duration,induration area and patient satisfaction score of two groups were compared.Results The incidence of induration of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).The postoperative pain score(VAS)of observation group was lower than control group (P<0.05),the pain duration was shorter than control group (P<0.05),the induration area was smaller than control group (P<0.05),and the satisfaction score was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Local medicine combined with early nursing intervention can effectively prevent hip induration caused by intramuscular injection of progesterone,reduce patient suffering and improve patient satisfaction rate.
