摘要 研究洗绒过程中酸性纤维素酶的催化作用以及洗绒原理。通过探讨酸性纤维素酶325的用量、洗绒温度、洗绒时间以及pH值4个因素优选出酸性纤维素酶325的使用条件以及最佳工艺。通过分析洗绒后羊绒的单纤维断裂强力降低率、失重率优化出高效、环保的酶洗条件,优化工艺条件为:酸性纤维素酶用量1%(owf)、洗绒时间30 min、洗绒温度50℃,pH值5;处理效果为:失重率控制在19%以上,单纤维断裂强度降低率控制在15%以下。 The catalytic action of acid cellulase and the principle of cashmere washing were studied in this paper.The concentration of acid cellulose 325,the washing temperature,time and pH value on effect of wool wash were discussed to achieve the optimum conditions and process of acid cellulose 325.By analyzing the reducing rate of single fiber breaking strength and weight loss rate of cashmere after washing,the efficient and environmentally friendly conditions of enzyme washing were optimized,which was as follows:pH 5,concentration of acid cellulose 1%(owf),washing time 30 min and washing temperature 50℃;The optimum result was weight loss rate more than 19%,and the reduction rate of single fiber breaking strength below 15%.
