摘要
为解决布匹生产过程中数据手工输入效率低、可靠性差,无法动态跟踪各工序布匹实际运作状态等问题,将QR Code(Quick Response Code,快速响应码)二维码应用于布匹落布、布匹发放、工序收发等各生产环节。分析Delphi平台的FastReport5.0控件中QR二维码技术的特点,对工艺参数进行二维码图像加密,实现了布匹使用过程中数据的保密性和高安全性。通过对布匹信息管理系统的功能需求分析,提出二维码技术应用的整体架构,同时定制数据采集设备,介绍不同品种布匹的发放算法,并验证其逻辑可行性,有效地提高了工作效率,可为企业打造智能化生产流水线提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and poor reliability of manual data input during the production of fabric as well as the impossibility to dynamically track the actual working conditions of the industrial fabric and other issues.The QR two-dimensional code was applied to various production processes such as cloth drop,employee distribution and work channel receiving and dispatching.The features of QR code technology in FastReport 5.0 control under Delphi platform were analyzed.The process parameters beneath two-dimensional code image was encrypted to realize the data confidentiality and high security in the use of cloth.Through analyzing the functional requirements of the cloth information management system,the overall architecture of the application of the two-dimensional code technology was proposed.At the same time,the data acquisition equipment was customized,the distribution algorithms for different types of cloths were listed,and the logic feasibility was verified.The working efficiency was effectively improved,which laid a solid foundation for enterprises to build intelligent production lines.
