摘要
为了解决由于人工浇注量的不同而造成的压铸工艺参数变化进而影响压铸机浇筑质量稳定性的问题,需要对压铸机的压射曲线进行实时修正。研究了压射曲线修正的方法,采用物位传感器检测压室内合金液的实际浇注量,通过计算快压射起点位置并对压射曲线进行修正,由此达到压射过程一致的目的。
In order to solve the problem of the variation of die-casting process parameters which is caused by different amount by man-casting,and to improve the quality stability of the parts produced by die-casting machines,the real-time correction of die-casting curves is required,and the method of correcting pressure curve is studied.The object position sensor is used to detect the actual pouring amount of the alloy liquid in the pressure chamber.By calculating the starting position of the fast pressure shot and correcting the pressure shot curve,the goal of the same pressure shooting process is achieved.
