摘要
目的:探讨多索茶碱注射液的制备工艺。方法:选取多索茶碱原料,对其进行辅料筛选、辅料用量筛选、处方筛选、活性炭用量的筛选、灭菌工艺的筛选试验,对其最佳工艺条件进行确定,并根据确定的条件进行验证试验。结果:处方0.1g氯化钠、5g多索茶碱、pH值调节;0.1%的活性炭用量;上述条件具有可操作性。结论:合理的制备工艺和条件,可更好的保证多索茶碱注射液的质量。
Objective:To study the preparation process of doxofylline injection.Methods:Doxofylline was selected as the raw material,and the screening of auxiliary materials,dosage of auxiliary materials,prescription,activated carbon dosage and sterilization process were carried out.The optimum process conditions were determined,and the verification test was carried out according to the determined conditions.Results:0.1g sodium chloride,5g doxofylline and pH adjustment were prescribed.0.1%of activated carbon;the above conditions are operable.Conclusion:Reasonable preparation process and conditions can better ensure the quality of doxofylline injection.
