顶吹熔炼WPCB技术的实践应用

摘要 主要介绍了由中国瑞林自主研发的顶吹熔炼WPCB技术,从原料配料、喷枪操作、渣型控制及烟气净化处理等多方面对关键技术的实践应用进行分析。整个熔炼过程可由非金属物质的燃烧及金属物质的反应完成热平衡,渣型选定在橄榄石区域,渣含铜1%以下,铜及贵金属直收率高。非金属物质燃烧的烟气经系统净化处理后,排放指标达到欧盟标准。 The paper introduces the top-blown smelting WPCB technology independently developed by China Nerin Engineering Co.,Ltd.and analyzes the application of the key technology in practice from many aspects such as raw material blending,lance operation,slag type control and flue gas cleaning.The smelting process consists of non-metal substance combustion and metal substance reaction,which makes a heat balance.The slag type is selected in the olivine zone and the slag contains less than 1% copper.The direct recovery of copper and precious metals is high.The flue gas from non-metal substance combustion is purified in a cleaning system and meets the European Union standards before emission.
