低温等离子消融治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效 被引量:3

摘要 目的评估低温等离子消融治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的价值。方法选取我院2014年4月—2016年4月收治的慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者100例,采用奇偶法的形式将其平均分为实验组(n=50)与对照组(n=50),对照组行微波治疗法,实验组行低温等离子消融治疗法,对比两组水肿、结痂脱落时间指标与鼻腔黏膜瘢痕、鼻腔干燥不良反应发生率。结果经临床检查,实验组水肿与结痂脱落时间均短于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对照组鼻腔黏膜瘢痕与鼻腔干燥不良反应发生率高于实验组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性肥厚性鼻炎临床治疗的过程中,采用低温等离子消融治疗法能缩短患者水肿与结痂脱落时间,降低不良反应发生率。 Objective To evaluate the value of low temperature plasma ablation in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods 100 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were divided into experimental group(n=50)and control group(n=50)by odd-even method.The control group was treated with microwave therapy.The experimental group was treated with low temperature plasma ablation.The indexes of edema,scab shedding time and incidence of adverse reactions such as nasal cavity scars and nasal dryness of the two groups were compared.Results After clinical examination,the time of edema and scab exfoliation in the experimental group was shorter than those in the control group,and there was a statistics significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of nasal mucosal scar and nasal dryness in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group,and there was a statistics significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis,low temperature plasma ablation can help patients shorten the time of edema and scab shedding,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
