摘要 为实现搬运物料的自动化,设计了一种智能化运料小车,小车上装有自动翻转拖斗,抵达目的地后实现自卸并返程,到达始发地停止等待装载。小车以AT89S52单片机为控制核心,配合传感器、直流电机的驱动和凸轮机构传动等,能够独立完成黑白线寻迹、沿规定路线行进、走简单迷宫和运斗的翻转动作。本文从项目任务设计、总体方案、各模块的设计和系统硬件、软件编程等方面逐步展开,并对运料机器人进行仿真,实现了无人操作情况下,运料机器人根据环境自动完成运料作业。 In order to realize the automation of carrying materiel,design a kind of intelligent material handling vehicles,car equipped with automatic flip trailers,when implementing dump after arriving at the destination and return,reach the provenance can stop waiting for loading.Car AT89S52 single chip microcomputer as control core,combined with sensor,dc motor drive and transmission such as CAM mechanism can be independently in black and white line tracing,walk along a prescribed path,a simple maze and flip bucket.The article from the project task design,overall scheme,design of each module and the system hardware and software programming are unfolding,and carries on the simulation of material handling robot,realized under the condition of unmanned,material handling robot can automatically finish haul homework according to the environment.
