摘要
集束化护理是在循证基础上形成新的护理理念,为临床提供优质的护理。集束化护理在国外已广泛的应用于各个临床专业领域,改善了患者生活质量。同时也得到国内学者认可,相关研究在临床取得良好的成效。现在癌症患者越来越多,癌症不仅可影响患者身体健康,还可以造成严重的心理问题。关于集束化护理在癌症患者的身心护理已有学者进行研究,本文就其临床应用进展做一综述。
Clustered care is a new concept of care based on evidence-based care,providing quality care for the clinic.Clustered care has been widely used in various clinical fields in foreign countries,improving the quality of life of patients.At the same time,it has also been recognized by domestic scholars,and relevant research has achieved good results in clinical practice.Nowadays,there are more and more cancer patients,and cancer can not only affect the health of patients,but also cause serious psychological problems.The research on clustering nursing in the physical and mental care of cancer patients has been carried out by scholars.This paper reviews the progress of clinical application.
