摘要
"一带一路"倡议提出5年来,中央企业积极参与建设,取得了显著成绩,积累了较为丰富的经验,但也面临着多方面的问题和挑战。应优化海外核心利益保护手段;加大推进中国标准"走出去"力度;加强经验交流,引导中央企业练好内功;完善中央企业境外投资管理考核机制,提供针对性政策支持;健全中央企业员工海外派遣保障机制,培育国际化人才;加强协调监管,避免恶性竞争;增进民心相通,协助中央企业做好推介和交流。
In the five years since the "Belt and Road Initiative" initiative, the central enterprises have actively participated in the construction, achieved remarkable results, and accumulated rich experience, but also faced many problems and challenges. We should optimize the protection of overseas core interests;increase the promotion of China's standard "Going Global";strengthen exchange of experience, guide central enterprises to improve their internal strength;improve the assessment mechanism of overseas enterprises' investment management, provide targeted policy support;Send a safeguard mechanism to cultivate international talents;strengthen coordination and supervision to avoid vicious competition;Enhance common people's emotion and help central enterprises to promote and exchange.
