摘要
目的探讨中西医结合内科学可视化病案库的建设及应用。方法选择2016年4月-2018年3月新疆医科大学中西医结合内科学专业在我院学习的实习生100名作为研究对象。将实习生随机分为两组,传统组50人,采取传统教学模式;可视化病案库组50人,采取可视化病案库教学,观察及评价两组的临床教学效果。结果可视化病案库组理论知识(94.87±2.63)分,传统组理论知识(82.71±3.48)分,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);可视化病案库组临床实践能力高于传统组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论中西医结合内科学可视化病案库的应用,具较高的临床教学效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the construction and application of the internal medicine visualization medical record database of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Methods A total of 100 interns from the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Xinjiang Medical University from April 2016 to March 2018 were selected as subjects.The interns were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in the traditional group,and adopted the traditional teaching mode;50 cases in the visual medical record database group were used to visualize the medical record library,the clinical teaching effects of the two groups was observed and evaluated.Results The theoretical knowledge of the visual medical record database group was(94.87±2.63),the theoretical knowledge of the traditional group was(82.71±3.48),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The clinical practice ability of the visual medical record database group was higher than the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of internal medicine and western medicine to visualize the medical record database has a high clinical teaching effect and is worthy of clinical application.
