摘要
目的探讨个性化目标教学管理在神经外科护理带教中的应用效果。方法便利抽取166名护理专业学生为研究对象,分别采用个性化目标管理教学和传统带教法对观察组(n=84)和对照组(n=82)进行神经外科临床实习带教,对比目标教学的应用效果。结果观察组专科理论、综合应用、基础护理操作和专科护理操作出科成绩分别高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;观察组对教学方法、教学效果、教学内容以及师生沟通的满意度明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论个性化目标管理教学法有助于学生了解在神经外科实习的内容、目标,激发学习兴趣,巩固、提高护理理论知识与临床操作能力及分析问题、解决问题的能力,规范教师的带教行为和提高教学质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of individualized target teaching management in nursing teaching in Department of neurosurgery.Methods A detailed target teaching table was established,and 166 nursing students were selected as the research object,and the observation group(n=84)and the control group(n=82)were used to carry out clinical practice teaching in the Department of neurosurgery.Compare the application effect of target teaching.Results The scores of specialized theory,comprehensive application,basic nursing operation and specialized nursing operation in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences.The observation group was significantly more satisfied with the teaching method,teaching effect,teaching content and communication between teachers and students than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The individualized teaching method of target management is helpful for students to understand the contents and objectives of the practice in the Department of Neurosurgery,to stimulate interest in learning,to consolidate and improve the ability of nursing theory and clinical operation,to analyze and solve problems,to standardize the teaching behavior of teachers and to improve the quality of teaching.
