车轮钢Ⅱ型疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值的研究

摘要 利用升载法对车轮钢进行II型疲劳裂纹扩展试验,采用ANSYS软件对II型加载试件建立有限元模型,计算II型裂纹尖端应力强度因子,研究加载力值比R对车轮轮辋Ⅱ型疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值ΔKIIth的影响。结果表明:车轮轮辋II型疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值ΔKIIth随加载力值比R的增加略有降低;在相同R的条件下,ΔKIIth与I型疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值ΔKIth基本相当。 II fatigue crack growth test of wheel steel was carried out with lifting load method.A finite element model was established with ANSYS software to calculate the stress intensity factor of crack tip under typeⅡloading,and the effect of loading force ratio R on the typeⅡfatigue crack propagation threshold(ΔKIIth)of wheel rim was studied.The results show thatΔKIIth decreases slightly with the increasing of loading force ratios R,under the condition of the same R,ΔKIIth and propagation threshold of type I fatigue crackΔKIth are basically equal.
