国医大师路志正教授治疗肺癌专方研究之数据挖掘 被引量:13

摘要 目的探索路志正教授中药复方治疗肺癌的用药规律。方法采集2013年1月1日至2017年12月31日路志正教授接诊的患者病例,将病例资料录入Microsoft Excel 2010,用Python3. 6. 6对主要中药、药对(组)进行分析。结果符合纳入标准106例患者,共纳入106个处方,共涉及201味中药,其中频次≥28的药物有20种,按照使用频次由高到低前五位依次为:仙鹤草(80)、炙甘草(73)、姜半夏(73)、大枣(68)、泽漆(68);关联规则分析按照最小支持度为0. 4,最小可信度为0. 8,得到关联规则32项,按照置信度由高到低排列,前五项为石见穿→泽漆,白英→仙鹤草,生姜→大枣,白英、石见穿→泽漆、仙鹤草,桂枝→泽漆。支持度> 0. 4的药物组合使用频次前七位的为:姜半夏→仙鹤草(62)、泽漆→仙鹤草(60)、石见穿→泽漆(58)、白英→仙鹤草(58)、生姜→大枣(58)、泽漆→石见穿(58)、大枣→生姜(58)。结论应用数据挖掘方法探索中医治疗肺癌用药规律具有一定的意义。 Objective To explore the rule of Professor Lu Zhizheng′s traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods From January 1,2013 to December 31,2017,the patients treated by Professor Luzhi Zheng were collected and entered in Microsoft Excel 2010.The main Chinese medicines and drug pairs(groups)were analyzed by Python 3.6.6.Results 106 patients met the inclusion criteria,including 106 prescriptions involving 201 Chinese medicines,including 20 drugs whose frequencies were more than 28.According to the frequencies of use,the top five were Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb(80),Radix Glycyrrhizae(73),Rhizoma Pinelliae Ginger(73),Chinese dates(68),Euphorbia helioscopia(68)in turn.Through the association rule analysing,the minimum support was 0.4,and the minimum reliability was 0.8,32 items of association rules were obtained.Ranking from high to low in confidence,the first five items are Salvia chinensis Benth→Euphorbia helioscopia;Solanum lyratum Thunb→Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb;Ginger→Chinese dates;Solanum lyratum Thunb,Salvia chinensis Benth→Euphorbia helioscopia,Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb;Cinnamomum cassia Presl→Euphorbia helioscopia.Top Seven Frequencies of Combination with Supportive Degree >0.4 were Rhizoma Pinelliae Ginger→Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb(62),Euphorbia helioscopia→Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb(60),Salvia chinensis Benth→Euphorbia helioscopia(58),Solanum lyratum Thunb→Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb(58),→Chinese dates(58),Euphorbia helioscopia→Salvia chinensis Benth(58),and Chinese dates→Ginger(58).Conclusion It is significant to explore the rule of traditional Chinese medicine prescription for lung cancer by data mining.
