摘要
招投标是现代建筑工程交易的主要方式,因其在工程承发包中体现了公开、公平、公正的原则而被广泛应用在各类工程承发包及采购交易中。投标决策是一个非常复杂且带有很多不可控因素的过程,尤其是投标决策分析的过程就是一个不完全信息静态博弈的过程。文章从传统建筑工程投标决策分析的思维盲点处着手分析,把不完全信息静态博弈的思想引入投标决策分析过程中,对不完全信息静态博弈视角下的建筑工程投标决策分析的特征和主要分析内容进行系统地分析,其主要目的是让承包商在充分掌握大量信息的基础上对竞争对手进行有针对性的全面系统分析,尤其是要站在竞争对手的角度思考投标策略,进而获取中标的机会。
Bidding is the main method of modern construction engineering transactions.Because it embodyes the principles of openness,fairness and impartiality in the project contracting package,it is widely used in various engineering contracting and procurement transactions.The bidding decision is a very complicated process with many uncontrollable factors,especially the process of bidding decision analysis is a process of incomplete information static game.This paper analyzes the blind spots of traditional construction engineering bidding decision analysis,and introduces the idea of incomplete information static game into the bidding decision analysis process.The characteristics and main analysis contents of the construction project bidding decision analysis from the perspective of incomplete information static game The main purpose of the system analysis is to enable the contractor to conduct a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the competitors based on a large amount of information,especially to consider the bidding strategy from the perspective of competitors,and then obtain the winning bid.opportunity.
