摘要
随着国内汽车行业的发展和成熟,各大厂商的生产技术和管理手段也越来越高,产品的硬性质量指标如可靠性、耐久性等越来越接近,感知质量这一软指标就越体现出价值。对感知质量进行定义和分类,对感知质量的评审方法进行研究,并总结其优缺点,准确发现汽车感知质量问题,改善整车的感知质量,提升汽车产品核心竞争力。
With the development and maturity of the domestic automobile industry,the production technology and management methods of major manufacturers are getting higher and higher,and the hard index of product's quality,such as reliability and durability,are getting closer and closer,so the soft index of perceived quality is becoming more valuable.This paper defines and classifies the perceived quality,studies the assessment methods of perceived quality,summarizes its advantages and disadvantages,accurately finds out the perceived quality problems of automobiles,improves the perceived quality of automobiles and the core competitiveness of automobile products.
