轿车侧面柱碰撞乘员损伤机理仿真(续1)

摘要 为降低侧面柱碰撞中的乘员损伤,基于MADYMO仿真模型,研究了轿车侧面柱碰撞中的乘员损伤机理及保护策略。对车体结构参数及约束系统参数的分析结果表明:侧面柱碰撞中,车体侧面刚度和车体质量等结构参数对乘员损伤影响小;安全带对乘员损伤有一定影响;安全气囊对乘员损伤有显著影响。揭示了侧面柱碰撞中乘员损伤与车体结构设计关系小,与约束系统设计关系大,需保证安全气囊展开所需的初始空间。提出一种双腔侧面气囊匹配乘员胸部肋骨和腹部肋骨不同刚度需求的优化方案,胸部和腹部损伤分别最大降低24.3%和23.5%。 In order to reduce occupant injury in side pole impact,the injury mechanism and protection strategy of occupant in car side pole impact were studied based on MADYMO simulation model.The results of analysis on the structural param eters of car body and the param eters of the restraint system showed that in a side pole impact,the structural param eters such as car side stiffness and car body weight had little influence on the occupant injury,the safety belt had a certain influence on the occupant injury,and the side airbag had a significant influence on the occupant injury.The result revealed that the occupant injury in a side pole impact had little associated with the car body structure,and had large associated with the restraint system.It was necessary to ensure the initial space for the side airbag expansion.Adouble-chamber side airbag was proposed,the chest injury and abdomen injury were reduced by 24.3%and 23.5%respectively.
