摘要
在焦炉二次烘炉的过程中,由于硅砖降温为不可逆的过程,其膨胀与新建焦炉烘炉存在一定的差异。二次烘炉后焦炉总膨胀量明显增加,但二次烘炉期间的膨胀量相对减小,烘炉温度在300℃前膨胀率降低,300℃后膨胀率增加。
Due to the irreversibility of silica brick temperature drop during secondary heating-up for coke oven battery,thus there would be a certain difference from the newly-built battery in thermal expansion.i.e.the battery will have an obvious total expansion after the secondary heating-up,but a relatively smaller expansion during the heating-up.Furthermore the expansion rate goes down before 300℃during the heating-up and goes up after 300℃.
