大型调心滚子轴承内滚道参数综合测量尺改进

摘要 大型调心滚子轴承加工及验收检测时,需要对内滚道直径尺寸、滚道曲率半径和滚道位置进行检测,但是现有的滚道测量尺只能检测单一径向平面内的滚道直径尺寸,无法对滚道曲率半径和滚道位置两个重要参数进行精确测量。针对这一难题,对现有的大型调心滚子轴承滚道测量尺进行了研究与改进,分别在原测量尺测量支点的上侧和测量表的下侧增设一块测量表,实现了内滚道直径尺寸、滚道曲率半径和滚道位置这三个重要参数的综合测量,提高了内滚道参数的测量精度与测量效率。 During manufacturing and acceptance detecting of large spherical roller bearings,the diameter size,curvature radius and raceway position of the inner raceway need to be detected.The existing raceway measuring scale can only detect the raceway diameter size in a single radial plane,another two important parameters as the raceway curvature radius and raceway position cannot be precisely measured by the measuring scale.Aiming at this problem,the existing large spherical roller bearing raceway measuring scale has been studied and improved,respectively adding a gauge to the upper side of the measuring fulcrum and the lower side of the gauge of the original measuring instrument.This improvement realizes the comprehensive measurement of the three important parameters of the inner raceway diameter size,raceway curvature radius and raceway position,and improves the measurement accuracy and efficiency of the inner raceway parameters.
