摘要
社区教育课程是社区教育活动中最实质的东西,是社区教育的核心要件。社区教育是终身教育的重要组成部分,以终身教育思想为社区教育课程开发的指导思想,以"治理"理念为协同治理的理论基础,构建了"1+N"社区教育课程开发模式。提出了整合系统内部资源,提升自主开发课程实力;改进学习活动平台,营造特色课程开发氛围;发挥多主体创新力,构建课程开发创新机制;优化激励评价制度,服务课程开发长效机制等社区教育课程开发推进策略。
Community education curriculum is the most essential thing in community education activities,and is the core requirement of community education.Community education is an important part of life-long education.Taking life-long education thought as the guiding ideology of community education curriculum development,and taking the concept of"governance"as the theoretical basis of collaborative governance,the"1+N"community education curriculum development model is constructed.This paper puts forward some strategies to promote the development of community education curriculum,such as integrating the internal resources of the system,enhancing the strength of self-development curriculum,improving the learning activity platform,creating a characteristic curriculum development atmosphere,giving full play to multi-agent innovation,constructing curriculum development and innovation mechanism,optimizing the incentive evaluation system,and serving the long-term mechanism of curriculum development.
