摘要
目的了解J市社区居民对家庭医生签约服务的满意度。方法对J市3个市辖区18个社区卫生服务中心的2 000名签约居民进行问卷调查,采用二阶聚类分析其对家庭医生签约服务的满意度情况。结果二阶聚类分析将调查对象分成三类:第一类别912例,占组合的53.4%;第二类别369例,占组合的21.6%;第三类别385例,占组合的22.5%。不同类别调查对象对家庭医生签约服务的满意度情况不同。结论应根据人群特征和需求特征,有针对性地制定家庭医生签约服务重点,以提高家庭医生签约服务的满意度。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction of the community residents on contracted family physician service in J city.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 000 contracted residents from 18 community health service centers of 3 municipal districts in J city and the satisfaction with contracted family physician service was analyzed by using two-step cluster analysis.Results The participants were divided into three categories according to two-step cluster analysis:CategoryⅠ912 cases,accounted for 53.4%;CategoryⅡ369 cases,accounted for 21.6%;CategoryⅢ385 cases,accounted for 22.5%.The satisfaction with contracted family physician service varies among different categories were different.Conclusion According to the characteristics of the population and the characteristics of the needs,the focus of contracted family physician service should be targeted to improve the service satisfaction.
