摘要
目的 :评估康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者的效果。方法 :选择2015年1月-2016年12月上海市虹口区广中路街道社区的100例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者50例,平均年龄(59.16.7±5.88)岁,其中男性32例,女性18例;观察组患者50例,平均年龄(58.20±5.58)岁,其中男性35例,女性15例。对对照组患者进行常规护理干预,对观察组患者在对照组的基础上进行系统康复护理。采用Barthel生活能力指数评估患者的日常生活能力,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)17项版评定患者的精神状况。结果 :康复护理后观察组的Barthel指数评分高于对照组,HAMD精神状况评分低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:系统康复护理干预能显著改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的Barthel生活能力及精神状况,提高生活质量。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of rehabilitation nursing for the stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:From January 2015 to December 2016,100 stroke patients with hemiplegia in Guangzhong Community of Hongkou District,Shanghai were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 50 cases in each group.There were 50 patients in the control group,with an average age of(59.16.7±5.88)years,including 32 males and 18 females.There were 50 patients in the observation group,with an average age of(58.20±5.58)years,including 35 males and 15 females.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the observation group received systematic rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.Barthel living ability index was used to assess the patients'daily living ability,and self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)17-item edition were used to assess the patients'mental status.Results:The Barthel index score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after rehabilitation nursing,the score of HAMD mental state of the observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve Barthel life ability and mental status of the stroke patients with hemiplegia,and improve the quality of life.
