摘要
本文通过分析美国加州大学伯克利分校的集成电路方向本科课程的总体要求、体系结构和课程设置等方面,探索适合我国高校集成电路本科专业的课程体系,以建立与国际接轨的国际化、创新型人才培养模式,提高集成电路人才培养质量。
In this paper,the undergraduate education scheme of the integrated circuit major of at University of California,Berkeley was investigated and analyzed,including general requirement,curriculum and courses,in order to explore the major education scheme suitable to China,establish education model for international and innovative talents, and improve education quality.
