摘要
互联网金融模式给我国的金融和经济发展带来了强大的动力,然而,互联网金融具有高风险性,需要加强对互联网金融模式的风险管理。在经济法视角下强化互联网金融风险模式的风险监管,加强引导和法律规范,能健全互联网金融的市场管理制度,保障互联网金融的健康管理。结合经济法的修改和完善,加强互联网金融的信息披露制度。法律监管体系对于互联网金融来说是重要的保障制度。以经济法为基础实施互联网金融法律监管机制,加强经济法立法和监督,确保互联网金融能得到有序健康发展,为市场经济的稳定发展提供有力的金融保障。
The Internet financial model has brought powerful impetus to the financial and economic development of our country.However,the Internet finance has high risk,so it is necessary to strengthen the risk management of the Internet financial model.From the angle of economic law,we should strengthen the risk supervision of Internet financial risk model,strengthen the guidance and legal norm,perfect the market management system of Internet finance,and ensure the healthy management of Internet finance.To speed up the improvement of the relevant legal system,to strengthen the legal supervision of the Internet financial model,and to strengthen the information disclosure system of the Internet finance,in conjunction with the revision and improvement of the economic law,the legal supervision system is an important safeguard system for Internet finance.Based on economic law,this paper analyzes the economic legal supervision of Internet finance model.To protect Internet financial consumers by implementing Internet financial legal supervision mechanisms,implementing unified management methods at home and abroad,strengthening legislation and supervision of economic law,and formulating economic laws between banks,regions and transnational corporations.In order to ensure the orderly and healthy development of Internet finance,we should improve the economic law and the corresponding rules and regulations in combination with the interests of operators and investors,and strengthen the information management of the Internet financial model to provide a strong financial security For the stable development of the market economy.
