溴化锂制冷机组在石化尿素脱蜡系统中的应用与调试 被引量:1

摘要 该文介绍了石油化工生产装置应用溴化锂制冷机组制备循环冷冻水的背景、工艺环境及溴化锂制冷机组的工艺特点,为石油化工装置安装调试溴化锂制冷机组过程提供参考。通过总结FG-73H*2型溴化锂制冷机组在尿素脱蜡装置循环冷冻水(7~13℃)中的应用与调试的实践经验,针对一次调试发现技术问题,分析出装置工况变换影响是溴化锂制冷机组稳定运行的原因,制定出一系列切实可行的技术方案,经过二次调试,解决了机组不能适应热负荷变化及外环境干扰问题,最终溴化锂机组能10%~100%自动调节热负荷,很好的适应生产工艺环境,满足了生产需求。调试结果证明:蒸汽动力型溴化锂制冷机组能够应用于石油化工生产装置,可稳定供应7~13℃循环冷冻水。 This paper provides a reference for installation and commissioning of lithium bromide refrigeration units in petrochemical plants.In according to the practical experience summary for the application and commissioning of FG-73H×2 lithium bromide refrigeration unit used for circulating refrigerated water(7-13℃)in urea dewaxing unit,in terms of the technical problems found in the first commissioning,it is analyzed that the working condition changes of the petrochemical plant have influence on the operation stability of lithium bromide refrigeration unit,and a series of feasible technical schemes are made up.After the second commissioning,the refrigeration unit can be suitable for the change of heat load and the disturbance problem from external environment is solved.The lithium bromide unit can automatically adjust the heat load from 10%to 100%eventually,which is well suitable for the production process environment and meets the production demand.The energy system with low energy consumption,low pollution and high efficiency will be of a good development prospect under green development concept.The debugging results show that the steam-powered lithium bromide refrigeration unit con be used in petrochemical production units,and can supply 7-13℃circulating refrigerated water steadily.
