摘要
为全面了解我国大病保险研究情况,采取文献计量方法,运用Note Express和Citespace软件对2003-2017年的大病保险研究文献进行数据挖掘,分析了文献的时间与期刊分布、研究的核心作者与核心机构、关键词共现以及研究的重点内容。分析提示:目前我国大病保险研究主要集中在2012年以后,研究的热点主要集中在保障范围、筹资机制、运行机制、保障效果等方面;大病保险的各主体间合作相对缺乏;在筹资机制方面,学界既有共识又有分歧;在运行机制方面,学界关注的重点是如何发挥商业保险机构优势,并加强其监管;从运行效果上看,该制度还需要进一步完善。
To fully know the research situation of China s critical illness insurance,this paper adopts bibliometric method,uses NoteExpress and Citespace software to conduct data mining for critical illness insurance research literature from 2003 to 2017,and analyzes time and journal distribution of the literature,core author and institutions of the research,key words co-occurrence and main content of the research.The analysis shows that China s critical illness insurance research is mainly concentrated after 2012,focuses on the scope of insurance coverage,operating mechanism,guarantee effect and so on.Each inter-subject of critical illness insurance is lack of cooperation.At aspect of funding mechanism,academic both has consensus and disagreement.At operating mechanism aspect,academic focuses on how to give play the advantage of commercial insurance agency,strengthen its supervision.At operating effect,this system still need to be perfected.
