党建智库建设的国际比较及其对中国的启示

International Comparison of the Construction of the Party Think Tank and its Enlightenment to China

摘要 党建智库是世界各国主流政党加强党建理论与实践研究、制定并推行政策纲领以及巩固自身执政地位的智囊团和助推器,对于推动党的建设更加科学化、民主化和现代化具有重要意义。从核心功能、运行机制、配套机制、党建智库与政党关系等方面对英国、法国、美国的党建智库进行比较研究,借鉴发达国家党建智库建设的经验,有助于改善我国党建智库存在的协同效应不明显、党建人才相对缺乏、国际话语权较为缺失等不足,从强化智库间互动协作机制、促进人才队伍"造血输血"良性循环、深化国际交流合作等方面推进我国党建智库建设。
