摘要
在旧校区改扩建项目中,既有建筑可能存在与校园整体规划风格及景观设置不相称的情况,原建筑的抗震措施、设计参数、地震响应参数等也可能不满足现行规范的要求。本文以一教学楼改造工程为例,运用有限元软件SAP2000对改造前后的建筑进行模态和时程分析,比较建筑增设框架柱前后的抗震性能。分析结果表明,新增柱增大了原结构刚度,减小了扭转效应和层间位移,使建筑结构布置趋向合理,是一种可行有效的改造措施。
In the reconstruction and extension project of the old campus,the existing buildings may not match the overall planning style and landscape of the campus,and the seismic measures,design parameters and seismic response parameters of the original buildings may not meet the requirements of the current codes.Taking an old teaching building as an example,this paper uses the finite element software SAP2000 to conduct modal analysis and time-history analysis of the building before and after the renovation,and the influence of adding or not adding frame column on the seismic performance is compared.The results show that the new column increases the stiffness of the original structure,reduces the torsion effect and inter-storey displacement,and makes the layout of the building structure reasonable,and is a feasible and effective renovation measure.
