摘要
针对生物组织的超声诊断问题,基于超声透射法在生物组织中的传播机理,分析了超声在生物组织中的传输衰减特征与生物组织特性及超声频率参数间的关系,提出了超声波在生物组织中传输衰减的理论计算公式。经过计算比较,实验值与理论计算接近,该理论公式可以应用于对生物组织状况的分析。通过超声透射法对生物组织进行实验检测,证实了理论公式定量评估组织状态的有效性,同时表明基于超声透射法的谱分析对组织的可辨识度高,提高了超声对生物组织结构状态诊断的有效性。
Aiming at the problem of ultrasonic diagnosis of biological tissue,based on the mechanism of propagation in biological tissues of the ultrasonic transmission method,this paper analyzes the relation between the transmission attenuation characteristics of ultrasound in biological tissue,the characteristics of biological tissue,and ultrasonic frequency parameters,and puts forward a set of theoretical calculation formula for the attenuation of ultrasonic transmission in biological tissue.After calculation and comparison,it is found that the experimental value is close to the theoretical calculation,which proves that the theoretical formula can be applied to the analysis of the state of biological tissue.Then,the biological tissue was tested by the ultrasonic transmission method,confirming validity of the quantitative evaluation on the organization state by the theoretical formula,and showing that the spectral analysis based on ultrasonic transmission method has high discernibility for tissues and improves the validity of ultrasound in the diagnosis of biological tissue's structure condition.
