摘要
目的:观察乳宁汤辅助化疗应用在乳腺癌术后患者中的效果。方法:选取121例乳腺癌术后化疗患者作为观察对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=61)和对照组(n=60)。对照组仅给予术后化疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服乳宁汤治疗。比较治疗前及治疗6个月后,两组生活质量、临床疗效及化疗不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗6个月后,观察组治疗有效率为88.9%(52/62),明显高于对照组的66.1%(41/62),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组QLQ-BR23评分均较治疗前有显著提升,且观察组明显高于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,两组免疫抑制、肝功能损伤、消化道异常、脱发发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳宁汤辅助化疗应用于乳腺癌术后患者可取得较为理想的效果,明显减少化疗不良反应发生率,并改善其生活质量,有利于患者预后恢复。
Objective:To explore effects of Runing decoction adjuvant chemotherapy on postoperative patients with breast cancer.Methods:121 patients with postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into observation group(n=61)and control group(n=60)according to random number table method.The control group was given only postoperative chemotherapy,while the observation group was treated with Runing decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The quality of life,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of chemotherapy were compared between the two groups before and 6 months after the treatment.Results:6 months after the treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 88.9%(52/62),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.1%,41/62),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The QLQ-BR23 scores of the two groups increased after the treatment,the increase of the observation group was significantly higher than that the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after the treatment,the incidences of immunosuppression,liver function damage,gastrointestinal abnormalities and hair loss of the observation were significantly lower in the two groups than in those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The Runing decoction adjuvant chemotherapy can achieve better results in the patients after breast cancer surgery.Moreover,it can significantly reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy and improve the patients’quality of life,and is beneficial to the prognosis.
