摘要 为实现在满足成形质量的前提下,降低冲压工艺能量消耗,文章综合考虑拉裂、起皱以及成形能耗等低碳成形评价指标,提出了多目标冲压工艺低碳成形优化方法,并将其应用于正交试验,结合SUS201不锈钢半球形件拉深工艺,建立了工艺参数与评价目标的映射函数;基于NSGA-Ⅱ的多目标优化算法,获得多目标Pareto前沿,并通过分析给出了推荐方案。利用优化后的工艺参数进行半球形件拉深试验,所获得的拉深件成形质量良好、成形能耗低,试验结果验证了该方法的有效性。 To reduce the energy consumption of stamping process and satisfy the forming quality, a low carbon forming optimization method with multi objects was proposed considering low carbon forming evaluation indexes synthetically, which were cracking, wrinkling and forming energy consumption. To establish the mapping function between process parameters and evaluation objects, the low carbon optimization method was applied in the orthogonal experiment which was conducted on a hemispherical part deep drawing process of SUS201 stainless steel. Based on NSGA-Ⅱ multi-objective optimization algorithm, the Pareto front was obtained, and the recommended programs were given through analysis. The deep drawing experiments were carried out to verify the optimized process parameters, and it was shown that the forming quality was obviously well with lower energy consumption. The results indicated the effectiveness of the method.
