The Social Intermediary Organization Integrates Aged Services: Function,Dilemma and Optimization Path

摘要社会中介组织在当今国家治理现代化中扮演着重要的角色,特别是在公共服务合作生产层面具有资源整合的重要作用。文章运用合作生产整合理念梳理社会中介组织整合养老服务的现状和整合方式的功能,剖析社会中介组织整合养老服务功能发挥过程中存在的诸如对老年人主体地位重视不够、外部体制机制不完善等困境,提出塑造多方互利、团体协作、多元互信、多维共生、多层互助的公共服务合作生产理念,进而提出调和利益、促进合作、增进信任、完善法治、回归互助等服务优化整合路径。文章将这种整合方式置于养老服务普遍整合的大背景中进行讨论与思考。
