摘要
目的探讨氦氖激光联合增视训练治疗高度散光性弱视的临床效果。方法选取2010年7月~2017年7月我院眼科门诊收治的260例(459眼)高度散光性弱视患儿为研究对象,所有患儿均散瞳检影配镜,随机分为治疗组(n=130,225眼)和对照组(n=130,234眼),治疗组给予氦氖激光联合增视训练,对照组给予传统治疗(遮盖疗法),分别记录和比较两组患儿治疗3、6个月及1年后的治疗有效率,治疗组患儿不同类型散光的治疗效果及治疗组患儿不同时间点不同屈光度的治疗有效率。结果治疗组患儿治疗6个月和1年后的有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单纯远视散光患儿的治疗总有效率最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),复合近视散光患儿的治疗总有效率最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,2.00~<2.75 D患儿和2.75~<3.50 D患儿的治疗有效率高于≥3.50 D患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,2.00~<2.75 D患儿的治疗有效率高于其他两组,2.75~<3.50 D患儿的治疗有效率高于≥3.50 D患儿,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1年后,2.00~<2.75 D患儿的治疗有效率高于其他两组,2.75~<3.50 D患儿的治疗有效率高于≥3.50 D患儿,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氦氖激光联合增视训练治疗高度散光性弱视安全有效,能明显提升患儿的视力,尤其对2.00~<2.75 D单纯性高度远视散光型弱视患儿效果最佳。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of He-Ne laser combined with visual enhancement training in the treatment of high astigmatism amblyopia.Methods A total of 260 children(459 eyes)with high astigmatism amblyopia admitted to the ophthalmological clinic of our hospital from July 2010 to July 2017 were selected as the study subjects,all the children were divided into treatment group(n=130,225 eyes)and control group(n=130,234 eyes),the treatment group was given He-Ne laser combined with visual enhancement training,while the control group was given traditional therapy(occlusion therapy),the treatment efficiency of the two groups after 3,6 months and 1 year of treatment was recorded and compared,the treatment effect of different types of astigmatism in the treatment group and the treatment efficiency of different refraction at different time points in the treatment group were also recorded and compared.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group after 6 months and 1 year of treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of hyperopic astigmatism was the highest in children with simple hyperopic astigmatism(P<0.05),the total effective rate was the lowest in children with compound myopic astigmatism(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the effective rates of children with 2.00-<2.75 D and 2.75-<3.50 D were higher than those of children with≥3.50 D(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the effective rate of children with 2.00-<2.75 D was higher than that of the other two groups,the effective rate of children with 2.75-<3.50 D was higher than that of children with≥3.50 D,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After one year of treatment,the effective rate of children with 2.00-<2.75 D was higher than that of the other two groups,the effective rate of treatment in children with 2.75-<3.50 D was higher than that in children with≥3.50 D,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion He-Ne laser combined with visual enhancement training is s
