摘要
目的探讨碳酸氢钠联合氟康唑治疗糖尿病合并口腔真菌感染的效果。方法选取2016年1～12月我院收治的82例糖尿病合并口腔真菌感染患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各41例。对照组给予氟康唑治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用碳酸氢钠治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后口腔pH值、白斑面积及不良反应总发生率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的口腔pH值大于治疗前,白斑面积小于治疗前,观察组患者的口腔pH值大于对照组,白斑面积小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率(2.44%)低于对照组(12.20%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论碳酸氢钠联合氟康唑治疗糖尿病合并口腔真菌感染具有良好的临床效果,优于单纯使用氟康唑治疗的糖尿病合并口腔真菌感染患者,能缓解口腔真菌感染的内环境,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Sodium Bicarbonate combined with Fluconazole in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with oral Fungal infection.Methods Eighty two patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with oral Fungal infections admitted to our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Fluconazole,while the observation group was treated with Sodium Bicarbonate on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,oral pH value,leukoplakia area and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the oral pH value of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the area of white spot was smaller than that before treatment,the oral pH value of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the area of white spot was smaller than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.44%)was lower than that in the control group(12.20%),but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Sodium Bicarbonate combined with Fluconazole in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with oral Fungal infection has good clinical effect,which is superior to Fluconazole alone in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with oral Fungal infection.It can alleviate the internal environment of oral Fungal infection and is worthy of clinical application.
