摘要
"扶"与"不扶"已然成为一个当代社会的道德难题,这一看似"两难"的道德选择,其症结不在于"扶"还是"不扶",它指向的问题是为什么要"扶"。"扶"是人性的基本要求、是自我价值实现的需要以及社会伦理的要求。"不扶"的原因在于道德风险的干扰、道德责任的缺失以及主体道德能力的欠缺。消解"不敢扶"的担忧,主要从建立健全制度保障、加强道德责任教育以及培养主体的道德智慧入手。
"Help or not" has become a moral dilemma of contemporary society.It seems a dilemmatic moral choice.Nevertheless,it is essentially not the question of "help or not",but the question of why to "help"."To help" is the basic requirement of human nature,self-actualization and social ethics."Not help" is a result of the existence of moral risk,the lack of moral responsibility and moral ability.To ease the concern for "help or not",it is necessary to establish the moral system,strengthen the education of moral responsibility and the cultivation of moral wisdom.
