摘要
目的了解2017年连云港市15岁及以上居民烟草流行情况。方法采用分层多阶段随机抽样方法,在该市各区县共调查1,980人,回收有效问卷1908份。结果连云港市15岁及以上居民现在吸烟率为25.50%,成功戒烟率为13.30%。有27%的现在吸烟者中有戒烟想法,戒烟方式上选择"靠自己毅力戒烟"的为85.62%。二手烟暴露率为53.54%,暴露率最高的是其他企业人员,达到了68.69%。吸烟导致相关疾病知晓率最高为77.77%,最低为34.66%。二手烟导致相关疾病知晓率最高为76.93%,最低为34.92%。结论连云港市烟草流行状况高于江苏省平均水平,男性现在吸烟率处较高水平;戒烟方式较为单一;15岁及以上常住居民对吸烟和二手烟可导致相关疾病发生的知晓率较低。应进一步加大烟草危害的宣传力度。
Objective To understand the prevalence of tobacco among residents aged 15 and above in Lianyungang City of 2017.Methods A total of 1,980 people were surveyed by stratified multi-stage random sampling in all districts and counties of our city.A total of 1,908 valid questionnaires were collected and the data were analyzed.Results The current smoking rate of residents aged 15 and above in Lianyungang was 25.50%,and the successful rate of quitting smoking was 13.30%;27%of current smokers had the idea of quitting smoking,and 85.62%of them choose to quit smoking by their own perseverance.The second-hand smoke exposure rate was 53.54%.The highest exposure rate was 68.69%among employees of other enterprises.The highest awareness rate of smoking related diseases was 77.77%,and the lowest was 34.66%;the highest awareness rate of secondhand smoke related diseases was 76.93%,and the lowest was 34.92%.Conclusion The prevalence of tobacco in Lianyungang City is higher than the average level in Jiangsu Province.The male smoking rate is at a higher level and the way to quit smoking is relatively single.The residents aged 15 and above have a low awareness of the occurrence of related diseases caused by smoking and second-hand smoking.It is necessary to further strengthen the propaganda of tobacco hazards.
