摘要
为了提升生产线作业能力,设计了一种基于PLC的环保节能砖的自动化生产线控制系统。根据砖瓦生产工艺,分析了系统的控制要求,设计了三级递阶控制结构的系统硬件,完成了PLC现场控制程序和上位机监控程序的设计。并经现场运行表明,该系统运行稳定,可靠性强,自动化程度高,对优化砖瓦生产线具有积极的意义和推广的价值。
The research aims to design a control system of environmental and energy-efficient bricks automatic production line based on PLC,so as to improve the operational capability of the production line.According to treatment process of bricks,control requirements are analyzed;three-level hierarchical control structures are designed;and programming of field control and upper monitoring is completed.The experiments and applications have demonstrated that the system can run steadily and has a higher degree of reliability and automation.It also has positive meaning and a great generalized value in optimizing production line of environmental and energy-efficient bricks.
