摘要
拉毛是冲压生产过程中常见的质量缺陷,本文通过在生产拉毛较严重的典型高强度板冲压件及成形类模具上进行复合PVD涂层模面处理工艺验证,验证表明复合PVD涂层模面处理能够解决薄板冲压生产中的拉毛缺陷。
The galling defection is a common quality defect in the stamping process.In this paper,the process certification of composite PYD coating on typical high strength steel stamping parts is verified.The results show that the composite PVD coating can solve the galling defection of the high strength steel stamping.
