摘要
开发集在线环境监测、数据统计与分析、管理与控制、信息发布于一体的炼化集中区挥发性有机物在线环境监测管控平台系统。该系统为炼化集中区各级监管部门提供可靠的挥发性有机物排放实时监管及过程控制。
An On-line environment monitoring and control platform system for volatile organic compounds in refining and petrochemical concentration areas ,integrating on-line monitoring,data statistics and analysis,management and control,and information distribution,was developed.Reliable real-time monitoring and process control of volatile organic compounds matter emission for the supervision department of refining and petrochemical concentration area were provided.
