摘要
通过对不同采高、风速等多参数条件下采煤机喷雾降尘技术和采煤机尘源跟踪喷雾控制技术两方面的研究,结合采煤机尘源跟踪喷雾系统通信、结构、布局等优化设计,实现采煤机尘源跟踪喷雾降尘系统的升级改造,再结合采煤机高压外喷雾等降尘手段,使综采工作面降尘效率达到90%以上。促进尘源跟踪喷雾降尘系统的推广应用,减少职业危害。
Through the research of coal mining machine spray dust reduction technology and coal mine dust source tracking spray control technology under different parameters such as different mining heights and wind speeds,combined with optimized design of communication,structure and layout of coal mine dust source tracking spray system.To achieve the coal mineing machine dust source tracking spray dust system upgrade,combined with coal mining machine high-pressure spray and other dust-removing means,so that fully mechanized coal mining face dust efficiency of more than 90%.Promote the application of dust source tracking spray dust suppression system to reduce occupational hazards.
