摘要
光芒型前置导轮是一种具有比导管半径更长的定子叶片、适用于尾部较瘦削的船舶的新型水动力节能装置。它安装在螺旋桨前方,用于改善螺旋桨入流均匀性并产生与螺旋桨旋转方向相反的预旋转流动,从而可以降低螺旋桨尾流能量损失,取得可观的节能效果。论文以一艘内贸航线的4000 TEU集装箱船为研究对象,开展了光芒型前置导轮的优化设计、CFD数值模拟、模型试验验证和实船应用验证。经船模试验验证,为目标船设计开发的光芒型前置导轮可节能4%以上,节能效果显著。这也得到了实船试航验证。
A new type of energy saving devices called sunshine-type pre-shrouded vanes,installed before the propeller,is designed for vessels with relatively thin stern.The device can produce pre-swirl inflow and improve uniformity of the flow into the propeller for recovering kinetic energy loss in the wake.Design,energy saving effect predicted by CFD,model test validation and sea trial validation for the sunshine pre-shrouded vanes on a domestic 4000 TEU container ship is presented.It is shown that the device can save power more than 4%,which was directly validated by towing model test and indirectly validated by sea trial.
