摘要
750 k V GIS母线气室壳体焊缝开裂造成气室漏气,影响设备正常运行。通过对开裂壳体材料化学成分检测、X射线数字成像检测、金相检测、力学性能检测等并进行综合分析,找到壳体开裂原因,为状态检修提供技术支撑。
The cracking of the weld of the 750kV GIS busbar chamber causes the air chamber to leak,which affects the normal operation of the equipment.Through the comprehensive analysis of chemical composition detection,X ray digital imaging detection,metallographic detection and mechanical property testing of cracked shell materials,the cause of cracking of the shell is found,and technical support for state maintenance is provided.
