摘要
目的研究胺碘酮在急诊治疗快速型心律失常中的临床效果及安全性。方法方便选取2015年11月—2017年11月该院快速型心律失常患者78例,以随机数字表法为基点分实验组、常规组,各39例,常规组采用常规药物治疗,实验组以常规组为基点联合采用胺碘酮治疗,两组患者治疗前后血压变化情况(舒张压与收缩压)、心电图变化情况(QT间期与P-R间期)及临床治疗效果对比。结果与常规组比,实验治疗后血压改善程度好,心电图变化情况也较为显著,实验组总有效率(92.30%)高于常规组(74.35%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.523 1,P<0.05)。结论对快速型心律失常患者在急诊治疗中采用胺碘酮治疗能有效降低其自身血压,有效改善患者心率状态,降低药物不良反应,显著提高临床治疗效果,从而改善其预后情况与生活质量,促进患者病情早期康复,使得最终治疗效果较为理想。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of amiodarone in emergency treatment of tachyarrhythmia.Methods From November 2015 to November 2017,78 patients with tachyarrhythmia in the hospital were convenient selected.The randomized digital table method was used to divide the experimental group and the conventional group,39 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with conventional drugs,and the experimental group was based on the conventional group for the combination of amiodarone for the treatment of base points,the changes of blood pressure (diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure) and electrocardiogram changes (QT interval and P-R interval) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the conventional group,the blood pressure improved after the experimental treatment,and the ECG changes were also significant.The total effective rate of the experimental group (92.30%) was higher than that of the conventional group (74.35%),the different was statistically significant(χ^2=4.523 1,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of amiodarone in emergency treatment for patients with tachyarrhythmia can effectively reduce their own blood pressure,effectively improve the heart rate of patients,reduce adverse drug reactions,significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,thereby improving their prognosis and quality of life,and promoting early recovery of the patient's condition,making the final treatment effect ideal.
