摘要
半乳凝素-9(Gal-9)是Galectin家族成员之一,其参与了疾病的发生发展进程。在细胞免疫中Gal-9通过诱导特定T细胞亚群的凋亡,而成为T细胞免疫的关键调节剂。由于这些T细胞亚群与自身免疫性疾病、过敏性疾病和移植排斥反应等免疫调节过程密切相关,因此Gal-9表达的变化会影响致病性T细胞活性,进而调节相关疾病的发展进程。文章就Gal-9的组织学分布及其在肿瘤免疫、自身免疫性疾病、移植免疫以及过敏性疾病中的作用作一综述。
Galectin-9 (Gal-9) is one of the members of the galectin family and participates in the development of the disease.During cellular immunity,Gal-9 serves as a key regulator in T cell immunity by inducing apoptosis in specific T cell subsets.These T cell subsets are closely related to immune regulation processes such as autoimmune diseases,allergic diseases and transplant rejection.Therefore,the abnormal expression of Gal-9 can affect the activity of pathogenic T cells and thereby regulate the development of related diseases.To clarify the important function of Gal-9 in the immune regulation of diseases,in this article,we review the role of Gal-9 in regulating autoimmune diseases,transplant immune tolerance,allergic diseases,as well as anti-tumor immunity.
